I am a warm and caring Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is concerned with promoting change in the life of adults. I have a special interest in promoting healing and change with those with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief and loss and substance abuse. My therapy approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-focused Therapy (SFT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (CBT). I am dedicated to teach, coach, encourage and support those who are willing to take the journey to improve their quality of life. CHANGE IS POSSIBLE!!!
In addition to counseling, I provide sound, professional Clinical Supervision at my centrally located office in Troy. I follow the Approved Clinical Supervision Code of Ethics and MCBAP Code of Ethics for the State of Michigan. I welcome the opportunity to invest in the growth and development of clinicians.
Lastly, I am a Certified Grief Educator, trained by David Kessler at grief.com. I welcome the opportunity to educate others in understanding grief and loss and learn to heal while they are on their grief journey...I believe to grieve is to love.

...IF THE LOSS IS REAL, THE GRIEF IS REAL... I am developing grief and loss groups where your pain can be witnessed by myself and others who are experiencing difficulty coping with various losses. Speaking to others can be a benefit in helping you learn about grief and how to move along the grief journey to find a life of hope and love for the future.
