I specialize in working with college students and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, relationships, and/or adjustment-related issues. I can help you change negative thought patterns and learn healthier, more effective ways to cope.
I believe that there is no "one size fits all" model of therapy. My approach is individualized and collaborative -- we will work together to figure out how I can best support you to make positive changes in your life.
