Currently accepting new clients, please email me to set up an intake session today! I have been working in the field of mental health and addiction treatment for over a decade. I can support those that are sober curious, looking to decrease use, and/or exploring or maintaining complete abstinence. I like to meet people where they are at and will support you with an individual, client-centered, treatment plan to help with your short-term and long-term goals.
I'm a Massachusetts masters level licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC), specializing in telehealth individual counseling in an outpatient private practice. I support with counseling of substance use, abuse, addiction(s), and mental health support. I can also complete Substance Use Evaluations and RMV Recidivism Risk Letters.
As a person in recovery, I believe that addiction is a chronic treatable physical and mental condition. My approach acknowledges the biological, psychological, environmental, and spiritual dimensions of the disease and recovery process. There are multiple pathways to recovery and I look forward to walking next to you on your journey.
