I strive to create a non-judgmental, nurturing environment where you can feel safe to talk freely. We work together as a team to understand the root of your struggle and help you create the life you desire. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and life transitions.
I take a warm and collaborative approach to psychotherapy and will work with you to achieve symptom relief and lasting change. I am goal-oriented and well versed in evidence-based approaches to therapy. My aim is to build an authentic and trusting relationship with each patient to help individuals lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.
I approach treatment through a psychodynamic lens and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness based practices to support therapeutic work. I graduated with my Doctorate from Holy Cross University and completed my graduate work at Southeastern Louisiana University. I am trained in EMDR and Addiction Therapy.
