I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. I have 16+ years experience working in schools, community mental health, a hospital and a group private practice providing home based, outpatient and day treatment therapy. My specialties include the treatment of anxiety and panic attacks, depression, self-injurious behavior, obsessive compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, attention and behavioral problems, post traumatic stress disorder, parenting skills, social skills, trauma, anger management, low self esteem and relationship difficulties.
I use a combination of different treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I also incorporate play and art as a therapeutic tool.
