Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, hopeless, or trapped by a past trauma? Curious about what it could mean for you to begin to feel more grounded and centered, less stuck? Therapy is a space to explore, name and learn from one's feelings and can be a tremendous gateway to healing and change. I aim to support clients in finding and believing in their strengths, listening to their emotions, creating healthy flexible boundaries and developing coping strategies. I specialize in grief and loss; trauma - including: abuse, neglect, PTSD; anxiety and depression. Together we co-create a space for self-awareness and self-compassion.
I aim to provide empathy, a non-judgmental listening ear, and somatic (mind/body) connections. I work collaboratively to create a safe and trusting space, one in which you can explore more about yourself - your past, your patterns, your presence. I completed EMDR Basic Training in 2022, I am IFS-informed, and certified in Advanced Trauma Treatment.
