I have ten years of experience as a social worker and therapist, working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, family separation, addiction, domestic violence, religious trauma and a variety of other mental health issues. I have seen clients gain relief from oppression, while experiencing healing mentally, emotionally and physically. I am compassionate about seeing my clients obtain their goals in a safe, non judgmental therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and transformation. I am a Christian therapist and can incorporate Christian values if desired.

My experience comes from working at Child Family Services, school settings and private practice. I have worked with children, adolescents, women/couples, processing with them, pain and disappointment, leading them to a place of overcoming and helping them find the truth about their identity. I also equip my clients with goal oriented life long coping skills.

I have a passion to see people whole and set free from whatever ails them. I practice a strengths based, non judgmental approach and believe building rapport, trust and safety is key in order for therapy to be successful. I used a strengths based, person centered, solution focused, biblical approach. Main forms of intervention included CBT and EFT. I believe a persons trauma causes heightened reactions to familiar experiences and with the proper coping tools and willingness to heal the core memories causing these triggers, healing can occur reducing MH symptoms.
