I use a variety of modalities to include person-centered, motivational interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Adlerian Therapy.
I have over 14 years working with people who want support in dealing with addictions, substance use, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, PTSD, domestic violence, and sexual assault. I work with both adults and adolescents ages 11 and above.
