I utilize several intervention approaches in therapy, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Mindfulness, iRest and Auricular Acupuncture. I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment to help you explore, process and work through any challenges you may be facing.
