I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals navigating life changes, unresolved past experiences, or moments when things just feel “off.” My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s been holding you back and move toward healing and growth.
I’m passionate about lifelong learning and continue to pursue advanced training beyond what’s required. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of ages and diagnoses, which has deepened my understanding of how people experience and recover from challenges.
Starting therapy, whether it’s your first time or you’re meeting with a new therapist, can feel daunting and even nerve-wracking. I want our first session to be focused on getting to know one another and making sure you feel comfortable before diving into deeper work.
My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, tailored to your needs and goals. I draw from EMDR, Acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness practices. As I continue my training as a yoga instructor, I also integrate somatic and body-based healing practices into therapy for those who may benefit from a more holistic approach.
