If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—from yourself or your relationships —you’re not alone. I work with teens, college students, adults, and parents navigating depression, anxiety and trauma. Many of my clients arrive feeling burnt out and unsure how to cope with everything on their plates. I also support parents who want to strengthen their relationships with their children—whether they’re parenting younger kids or navigating the complexities of adult parent-child dynamics. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s really going on underneath the stress, and create space for relief and growth.
I’m an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist and use EMDR along with a warm, relational, and flexible approach. I pull from attachment-based work and CBT, tailoring each session to what you need in the moment.
Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, but it’s also an act of courage. We all carry wounds, and healing becomes possible when we feel safe, supported, and understood. My goal is to offer a space where you can reconnect with yourself, let go of old patterns, and move toward a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
