About
I work with individuals of varying ages. I work with people who have struggled with trauma. I enjoy working with a range of populations and have some experience in a number of treatment modalities. I have some focus on attachment based theories. I use expressive art as part of other treatment modalities.
I offer a range of therapeutic options primarily CBT, DBT, ACT, play therapy, strengths perspective work and attachment based work.
I enjoy working with a range of people and helping them navigate the struggles in their lives. I have a history of work in the child protection system and much prefer working in a system that works to heal people and their families rather than disrupting them.
