It takes courage to sit down and talk to someone new about your thoughts and feelings even if you have been to therapy before. Sitting with me, you can expect a compassionate, welcoming, and safe environment. Are you struggling with a big transition in your life? Having difficulty as a new parent? Relationship stress? Feeling anxious or sad? Having difficulty managing your anger? Maybe you are just feeling stuck? I look forward to building a strong and trusting rapport where you can have the time to safely express yourself and begin to work towards positive change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of New York and New Jersey. I have a Bachelors in Psychology and received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University.
I work with children (ages 4 and above), adolescents, adults and couples. I have facilitated anger management, social skills, positive peer culture and empowerment groups. I integrate strength-based perspective, cognitive behavioral, insight oriented and family therapy modalities in my practice. Take the step and reach out. I am here for you.
