I am a licensed professional counselor and clinical substance abuse therapist with a PhD in psychology. I also earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s degree in mental health counseling. I work with children ages 5 and older, adolescents, adults, and couples.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and DBT approaches in both individual and group therapy.
