I am a licensed psychologist and have been working in the field of mental health for the past 28 years. I provide therapy at my private practice, Live Well Therapy, in Richfield, Minnesota. I have experience working with families, children, adolescents and adults with mental health issues, emotional regulation difficulties, developmental disorders (ADHD, Autism) . I also work with individuals who struggle with addiction, trauma, and sexuality issues. I am patient, client centered, and holistic in my approach with clients.
I specialize in working with clients who have a history of trauma, struggling with long term mental health concerns and are experiencing impairment in their lives due to their mental health difficulties. I am certified in EMDR and other trauma related interventions.
I have flexibility in my schedule in order to allow new clients to find times to meet and determine if I am the therapist they are looking for. I see clients in person and telehealth to help meet their busy demands. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches when working with clients and families to best meet their needs for therapy.
