I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with over 20 years of experience walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of life's most difficult and defining moments.
I specialize in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Infant Mental Health specific to Child Parent Psychotherapy and other attachment and trauma responsive therapy approaches.
People come to me for many reasons — childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, behavioral concerns in children, parenting stress, early relational trauma in infants and young children.
I offer telehealth services that support people in getting meaningful therapy from the comfort of their own homes.
Whether you are a parent worried about your child, an adult who has carried something heavy for far too long, or a family struggling to find its footing — you do not have to navigate this alone.
Reaching out for support is one of the most courageous things a person can do. Wherever you are, I am here. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
