It takes lots of courage to start therapy and address issues that cause you pain in your life. You probably have already tried to cope on your own, and discovered that it did not work. As a therapist, I can help you by providing a different perspective, new insight, and teach you skills so you can learn to manage your present and future challenges on your own.
I have over 20 years of experience. I have trained in many different methods and modalities, including psychodynamic approach, CBT, DBT, hypnosis , couple counseling, and sex therapy. I can adjust myself to your needs and preferences. Your feedback is very important, as I work in collaboration with my clients.
