Let me help you find your voice! I work with children, teens, and women. I specialize in grief therapy, chronic pain, invisible disabilities and illnesses, parent-child relationships, PCIT and EMDR. I have 12 years of experience working in schools as a bilingual teacher and a school counselor. I have 2 1/2 years of experience working in a Psychiatry department as a Mental Health Clinician working with school age children.
As a first generation Mexican American, therapy was something that was never a topic of conversation. It is time for it to be at the forefront of our lives so that we are able to embrace life to it's fullest instead of battling with mental health issues alone.
