Welcome- I'm so glad you are here. Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful patterns? Perhaps you're healing from trauma, living with anxiety, or exploring a new ADHD or Autism identification. I specialize in helping individuals, families, and couples reconnect with themselves and each other through a compassionate, neurobiologically-informed approach. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what safe attachment feels like in your body and relationships. Together, we'll work to build self-trust, nervous system regulation, and stronger, more authentic relationships with others and yourself.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator, gifted specialist, and parent coach. Those roles gave me a unique perspective when working with children, teens, and parents, especially those navigating neurodivergence. I'm passionate about helping families shift inherited generational patterns and deepen their connection with each other.

In addition to being fully certified in Brainspotting (derived from EMDR) for both adults and pediatrics, I have also completed specialty trainings in Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed parts work, neurodivergent affirming and trauma-informed parent coaching, Williamson County victim services crisis intervention, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy.

This free virtual peer support group is held every other Friday at 12pm CST for any Brainspotting clinician in the state of Texas to come and connect. We are a wide range of providers who have experience in many different therapeutic areas with diverse populations. Anyone clinician who has completed at least level 1 Brainspotting training is welcome!
