My therapeutic style is based on integrative healing + evidenced-based practices. I specialize in Trauma Informed Care (Brainspotting, TIR), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Nervous System Regulation, Compassion-Focused Therapy, IFS, ACT, Usui Reiki, Soul Discovery, Comprehensive Energy Psychology (DCEP), & other forms of Holistic Healing.
