I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a background in treating teens and adults with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, depressive disorders, and various other concerns. Additionally, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and teens with neurodevelopment disorders.
I will take a highly empathic and supportive approach in our work together. The most important aspect of your therapy is that you feel extremely comfortable sharing your inner world with me. There will never be a moment where I judge you. There's likely nothing you can say that would phase me.
