Using Gottman & EFT, I support couples & polycules in learning to appreciate their differences & maximize strengths to create fulfilling relationships, from rebuilding trust to making decisions about their next chapter. I bring a thoughtful, sex-positive, & trauma-informed lens with approaches that support & integrate your mind and body, such as ACT & EMDR.
I offer evening & weekend sessions, both in person and virtually, so that prioritizing yourself fits into your schedule.
