We can help you figure out what routes to take in your life and people you need to have near you along your journey.
I have training in different styles of therapy, which I adjust according to the needs of the individual. The client leads the therapy treatment by setting their own goals and ways to achieve their goals. I help to guide them and to give them an outside perspective of how they can further achieve these goals.
I am of Hispanic heritage and can speak, read and write Spanish fluently which I feel helps my Hispanic clients feel more comforted in expressing their feelings or points of view in their native language. I am committed to helping my client's reach their goals and dreams.
