I help individuals who feel stuck in deep-rooted anxiety, depression, or trauma find lasting relief through an integrative body-centered approach by combining the rapid neuroplasticity of Ketamine assisted therapy with specialized trauma tools like EMDR and brainspotting. I create a safe healing container that goes beyond traditional talk therapy. I provide a caring, compassionate, and collaborative approach. The synergy between EMDR, brainspotting, and KAP accelerates healing, moving beyond talk therapy to access deep-seated somatic memories and subconscious habits, and is aimed at rapid, lasting transformation.
Trauma manifests in several ways. Re-experiencing, avoidance, hyperarousal, performance anxiety, and emotional numbness hinder total wellness and relationship quality.
