I am the founder of Uinta Counseling and have been a licensed professional counselor for 8 years. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, divorce recovery, and low self-esteem. I am trained in a variety of approaches, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, DBT, and CBT to assist you in reaching whatever goal you may have.
