My approach integrates the AIP model of EMDR, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and emotion-focused therapies. If desired, I also offer Christian counseling through my biblical worldview.
Our time on this earth can feel especially isolating when our ways of coping create disconnection. My passion for working with addiction and recovery is personal as it's rooted in my own journey of healing.
