Specializing in issues pertaining to relationships and life transitions, including marriage/divorce, parenting, relocation, career changes and loss, I will help you discover your strengths, enhance self-esteem, improve communication, and ease your anxiety.
My practice includes individuals, couples and families. I am told my approach is interactive, engaging and insightful. Additionally, I am trained in yoga and meditation and can incorporate mindfulness training into our work if desired.
