Going through tough times (and don't we all experience those?) is when finding support really matters. I'm so glad to be able to be there for my clients when they are struggling to maintain relationships, managing work stress, trying to overcome mental and emotional obstacles, and so many other issues so many are facing today. It's my privilege to stay by your side and walk you through these life stressors in a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental way.
I have more than ten years experience helping those affected by life stressors and trauma. When needed, I use a trauma informed approach, but also know when to use motivational interviewing and holistic techniques that involve not just the mind, but also the body.
