I specialize in evaluating and treating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and neurodevelopmental disorders, including ADHD. I understand how deeply traumatic and chronic stress experiences can impact a person’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Because the mind–body connection plays a central role in both symptom development and healing, we will actively explore how your lived experiences have shaped your internal responses, patterns, and beliefs. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping you reclaim a sense of stability and agency while gaining a clearer understanding of the experiences that have influenced
I understand the complexities of healing and the importance of sharing your story authentically. Because talk therapy isn’t always enough, I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based methods to support emotional processing, reduce symptoms, and deepen self-understanding.
I offer in-person and online therapy sessions. I can also make schedule adjustments for evening appointments if needed.
