I 'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing over 20 years. Much of my practice has been with trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse/assault, substance abuse, and post-traumatic stress disorder due to interpersonal trauma and military service. I worked with the military for 8 years and dealt with sexual trauma and PTSD.

During our first session, I will have you tell me what your expectations are for therapy. Then I will ask you questions about your life and relationships in order to get to know you. Finally, we will decide...together...where to start in helping you become a better, stronger, healthier version of yourself. I look forward to meeting you!
