I am a licensed clinical psychologist (Ph.D.) in Washington (in-person in Redmond and telehealth across the state) and California (telehealth) with extensive experience working with young adults, adults and older adults. I offer a warm and individualized approach with a foundation in evidence based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I work with clients facing stress, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, fertility/postpartum issues, or workplace challenges. I often help with social/performance anxiety and effective communication in personal or professional settings. My neuropsychology specialty additionally attracts clients with ADD/ADHD and other cognitive challenges.
No matter what challenge you are facing, you will be met with warmth and compassion and I will create an individualized treatment plan that will teach you the coping skills needed to live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
