Hi, I’m Michelle Reese, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado. My journey began in Virginia, where I grew up. I completed my Masters in Social Work program at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. I spent 10 years working out of DC as a case manager, focusing on under-served populations with diverse backgrounds.
Eventually, life led me west, where I now embrace Colorado’s sunshine and beauty. In therapy sessions, I see a wide variety of adults coping with anxiety, depression, work stressors, relationship issues, substance use and other issues.

In our sessions, we’ll look at how your mindset and behavior might be misaligned with your values and how to make changes. We'll reframe negative self-talk, catastrophic thinking, and engage in thought diffusion.
