My mission is to support those struggling with eating disorders, body image, self-love, depression, anxiety, menopause challenges & autoimmune conditions. I believe deeply in the human spirit's ability to grow & change; I am dedicated to helping others awaken their truest, healthiest selves.
As a mother of 7 children, both living & in Heaven; a wife, Nana & breast cancer survivor, I personally understand the physical, emotional & spiritual pain of of feeling disconnected.
My passion is helping people of all ages heal from physical trauma, emotional trauma, sexual trauma, abortion trauma and rebuild their self-confidence with self love and acceptance, to empower themselves to live a full life. I offer Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, EFT, guided meditation, Integrative nutrition, assist clients to heal mind, body and spirit.
As a mother of seven children, both living and in Heaven, a wife, a Nana, and a breast cancer survivor, I personally understand the physical, emotional, and spiritual pain of feeling disconnected. I understand being pulled in many directions by career, family, home & community & the importance of deep healing to live our fullest lives.
