Taking the first step to begin therapy may feel intimidating. However, it may be the journey that brings you the peace and insight you need to begin living life in a positive direction. During your sessions we will explore how current challenges impact your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.
I utilize evidence-based therapies in my work with individuals, families, and children. I take a client centered, strength-based approach. I will work with you in developing a healthier outlook, new strategies for managing challenging relationships, reframing negative thought patterns, adding healthy coping skills, and exploring new ways of self-care.
