My work focuses on healing from past trauma and unhealthy experiences to regain joy and peace. I believe in helping people release from the negative and inaccurate messages given to them in order to help them grow in their own self-worth. I enjoy helping caregivers navigate the challenges of parenting so they can be confident in their ability to provide love, nurture, guidance, and support to their children.
I’m passionate about creating a safe space for people to heal, and am available to provide supervision to LPC candidates, conduct self-worth workshops, and facilitate trainings.
