My desire is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone who needs help, guidance, or simply a safe place. If you have found yourself going through the motions, wondering how you are going to make it work, or are just looking for someone to listen to you, let me help you through. I look forward to working with you through your journey I have worked with adolescents and adults in private practice, supporting clients with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, personality disorders, Autism Spectrum diagnoses, ADD/ADHD, and learning disabilities. I am trained and supervised in treating co-occurring disorders.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, in which I consider the whole person. I believe in meeting clients at their needs, which includes extended & unconventional office hours, as well as allowing for outdoor sessions if you prefer. Because each individual is unique, I look forward to helping you meet your desired outcome.
My communication style is warm, open, and collaborative. I create a calm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. I listen actively, communicate clearly and compassionately, and encourage open dialogue while gently challenging growth-limiting patterns.
