About
The need to normalize therapeutic support, including all forms of mental illness, is ever-present today. Society does not always advocate for the individual nor does it provide freedom for the individual to advocate for themselves. Therapy can take many different forms, but it should always feel like a space to cultivate that relationship with self, discover a new kind of balance, and gain support through your experience.
I am a holistically-trained therapist with my central focus being the social welfare and justice of those seeking support. I view my part in my work as an ally to your journey, here to support and advocate for what feels of value to you.
Our meetings should feel like a space to freely express yourself. If our first meetings do not feel that way please let me know and I would be happy to make a recommendation elsewhere that may better serve your needs.
