I am a certified and licensed counselor. I have been providing counseling to individuals in numerous settings, including my private practice, for over 20 years. I have worked with adults and young adults who may be facing depression, anxiety, stress management, and burnout. I also assist individuals facing tough career choices, stress related to losing and finding employment, career exploration, as well as interest inventories
