I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and autism, helping you uncover what’s really keeping you stuck so you can feel more balanced, confident, and in control of your life.

My approach is relational, collaborative, and authentic. As an IFS-trained therapist, I'll help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, release painful experiences that have weighed you down, and walk away with concrete tools that bring relief and help you move forward.
