As a licensed art therapist and counselor, my passion is helping adults creatively discover and express their true self, which can sometimes get lost in the day-to-day struggles of life. Working together, I will help guide you towards discovering your innate resiliency, empowering you to heal on a holistic level. My approach is more directive, providing education and spiritual & art therapy interventions designed to encourage deep evaluation of the self. I have over 15 years of experience working with adults using art therapy, counseling and metaphysical/energy work/spiritual methods.
My specialties include the treatment of trauma, spiritual/transpersonal issues (ex:- Empath Coping, psychic/intuitive development/training), inner child healing, grief/loss, abandonment, depression and anxiety issues through Jungian, art therapy and transpersonal/metaphysical approaches, as well as mindfulness-based interventions like guided imagery.
I also specialize in energy healing and alternative healing methods when traditional healing methods fail to work. This often includes chakra work, astrology/natal charts, oracle/tarot cards, color therapy, crystals, sound healing and work with past lives and spirit guides. I am also interested in parapsychology and paranormal studies.
