It is very common to revisit feelings we had in the past, particularly during periods of transition or difficulty in our lives. But it can certainly make us feel as though we are stuck or even moving backwards in our journey.
I work with clients to uncover their resilience and help them process those difficult feelings. Though trauma we experience becomes part of our story, it does not have to define our lives. My approach is client-centered, meaning I will listen to your needs and together we will develop an evidence-based treatment plan that fits with those needs.
