I love working with young adults, tweens, and teens in their journey toward wellness and wholeness. I take a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach rooted in respect and a sense of humor.
My way of working is not one-size-fits-all. I want to meet you where you are at. I pull from therapy modalities I think would be most helpful for you, and we talk through the plan together! You’re driving the car and I have a couple maps up my sleeve.
I provide individual therapy for young adults, teens, and children navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, navigating neuronormativity with ADHD/Autism/neuro-divergence, life transitions, family conflict, school or career-related stress, identity-related matters, perfectionism, self-esteem, people-pleasing, and relationships.
