I provide individual therapy for young adults, parents, teens, and children navigating issues related to anxiety, depression, ADHD/Autism/neuro-divergence, life transitions, family conflict, school or career-related stress, identity-related matters, perfectionism, self-esteem, people-pleasing, and relationships.
Therapy is an incredible way to show ourselves holistic care, and it can look different for everyone. My way of working is not one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are at.
