As a licensed clinical social worker and therapist, I have witnessed profound healing by working with individuals and families struggling with grief, trauma, life transitions, and depression. Whether you are experiencing a loss of a loved one, a traumatic life event, or are feeling lost in life, I am here to help you navigate this next chapter with patience and compassion. My aim as a therapist is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you will be able to take a deeper look at your emotions, experiences, patterns, and determine what’s keeping you stuck. I believe wellness can be improved by caring for the mind, body, and spirit.
Given my experience as a hospice clinician, I’ve had the privilege of guiding many patients and families through the dying and grieving process, as well as complex trauma. Some modalities we may use include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I love to paint, write, and dance. I find self-expression to be one of our greatest teachers and provides an outlet for healing.
