Everyone encounters challenges in their life that may feel overwhelming. I counsel clients on a range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, anger, and depression. I am certified in EMDR, a specialized, highly effective treatment for PTSD and anxiety. In addition, I enjoy assisting couples in addressing trust and communication problems to rebuild and strengthen their bond.
