I believe grief is a highly personal experience and is often not a linear process. To undergo the process alone can feel very isolating and unprocessed grief can hold us back from living. The dominant American culture often does not allow much space or permission to grieve. It often feels like nobody understands your loss. Not even your partner really understands, because they’re grieving in their own way. It hurts, possibly more than anything you have ever experienced. Life doesn’t seem fair right now and it’s hard to imagine moving forward.
Motherhood is complex and I believe there is hope and strength within each of us. You deserve a happier and healthier life. I am committed to helping you achieve that. It was not until I became a Mom myself that I fully understood how much support is lacking for Moms.
