Hi there! My name is Michelle Naidenoff and I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, relational issues, grief and loss, stress management, and codependency issues. I take a holistic approach to therapy, collaborating closely with my clients to create an individualized treatment plan. I take a collaborative approach to goal setting and encourage goals that are valuable to each client’s growth and development of their skills.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, depending on my client's individual needs, which may change throughout treatment. I commonly utilize motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and solution-focused care.
