About
My clients often feel hopeless, overwhelmed and out of answers. Things feel out of control and they no longer have a handle on drinking, relationships and work/school is overwhelming. My clients need a space to feel safe and free of shame and judgement. My clients often want to feel lighter, connect with friends/family again and not drink. Often my clients are ready to uncover past traumas and hurts to heal old wounds. My clients want to feel like themselves again and feel okay in their own skin.
I am working with clients in the office, via telehealth and offer walk/talk therapy when appropriate.
The children, teens and adults I work with often have experienced: Trauma, Depression Anxiety Substance abuse issues, Lesbian and Gay, Life transitions such as grief, loss, death, divorce, break-ups, career changes and retirement.
