About
I am accepting new clients at this time via telehealth. Healing is a process and I gently work with individuals and families who are feeling "stuck" in life in areas of boundaries, cultural and bi-cultural issues, sexual abuse, Mood and Personality disorders, relationship issues and anxiety. My clients have experienced great success in their healing process and in becoming overcomers in broken areas of their lives. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. And, with over 19 years of experience, I successfully work with clients of all ages who experience anger, anxiety and trauma, grief and loss.
I work with you to help you discover patterns of behavior that are not working and help you find new ways to handle life's problems with healthy and working coping skills and new behavioral patterns in practical ways. I help people achieve their potential with a Christian counseling emphasis.
Being bi-cultural and bi-lingual gives me a great understanding of the issues surrounding cultures and adapting to new living environments. I feel prepared to and can successfully help you accomplish your goals as we work together and help you lead a life with improved personal belief in yourself.
