It’s been said that life is a journey not a destination, but the world is changing quickly and getting smaller by the day. Sometimes we just need some to walk with us through the rough patches. I have 20 years’ experience as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and have worked with many cultures, social, LGBTQ+ and family dynamics. My specialties include mood disorders, trauma, women’s needs, domestic violence, grief/loss, relationship trials, spirituality, religious deconstruction, children and adolescents and supporting parents, empty nesters, caregiver fatigue.

My approach is very holistic, and solution focused. I utilize modalities that are in line with the client's value system and balance within the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual parts of an individual. Therapy includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Client Centered, and Mindfulness techniques and sound therapy.
