I work with clients on creating meaningful connections, improving self-esteem and confidence, self-care, and achieving overall well-being.
With corporate experience and an MBA, I offer motivational coaching. Having an adult child with special needs, I am pleased to provide supportive counseling and education for families with special needs. Everyone works through challenges differently. I focus on helping families set and achieve realistic goals to help progress successfully in their lives.
Depression, low self-esteem, and anxiety are challenges many of us face. Often people feel a loss of connection, have communication difficulties, or find their relationship is in crisis, without having appropriate skills to manage these obstacles. My goal is to assist you in gaining the insight and skills you need for change, confidence, and personal growth.
